If your Member of Congress tells you that they will consider it when it comes to a vote, it means they are telling you NO! You need to press them to become a cosponsor. If there are insufficient cosponsors it will never come to a Vote!

During World War II, mariners suffered the highest rate of casualties of any armed service. After the war, they did not receive promised benefits
